RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS & REVISIONS

Since Draw Me Manga sells only digital artwork, there is no need of a return process. Instead, the process that follows would be a revision of the product.

All revisions must be requested within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All the items must be received via email, and be identified by the number of the order. If the order has more than one Item, it should be identified by name or as # (Number of order) (Letter for the desired product).

REVISION PROCESS

To ask the revision of an item (or items), please email customer service at contact@drawmemanga.com to obtain an answer and the corrected version of your product. After receiving a corrected order, answer the email, confirming the receipt of the corrected material.

 

REFUNDS

For the refund process, you must contact first with the personnel of Draw Me Manga through the email address contact@drawmemanga.com, showing your proof of purchase, order number and explain your case.

After receiving your refund request and considering it as valid for refund, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your request to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your case has been processed.

Note that a rude or disrespectful communication from the client may be considered as a cause for invalidating the request.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

For errors in the products, please contact us at contact@drawmemanga.com to arrange a revision, for those cases not apply for refund or exchange.

IMPORTANT: In case the automatic completed order email is sent by the Draw Me Manga personnel and the client can’t find the order in their email address (in a different email, sent before); we encourage the client to check first all their email folders (included spam) and search for their product in an email with the subject ‘Draw Me Manga | Your order is ready!’ before contacting Draw Me Manga. If the mentioned email couldn’t be found, our personnel will try to send the order by any other mean available at the moment.
