Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, we know you may have questions about your order arriving. Please see below for more information on our delivery policy.

DISCLAIMER

Draw Me Manga sells only digital artwork, there is no shipping, or printed versions of your order that the Draw Me Manga personnel will send you. This means that, once you’ve placed an order, you will receive the digital, print-ready, high quality order of your artwork.

The client may print or use the paid artwork, but Draw Me Manga doesn’t send any paper version of our artwork.   

 

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has completed.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order is sent, you will receive an email notification from us letting you know that your order is completed. At this point, you should have already in your email called ‘Draw Me Manga | Your order is ready!’. This email may end up in the spam folder. Please check all your folders before getting in contact with us. If the email with your files isn’t in your email address, please send our team a message to contact@drawmemanga.com explaining the situation (Sending us the number of your order).

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days after receiving your order confirmation please contact us at contact@drawmemanga.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

REVISIONS  

For revisions, you can send us an email to contact@drawmemanga.com explaining your situation. For more information about this process, please see our return policy.
